New High Contrast Partial Matte Solution by Nissha IMD Decoration

New High Contrast Partial Matte Solution by Nissha IMD Decoration

Glossiness and deep matte texture

Nissha’s new printing and coating technologies produce an unprecedented level of glossiness and deep matte texture that will elevate your designs to new heights.

Recently, one of the hot design trends in home appliance industry are matte finishes. The matte finishes of appliance products help harmonize well with home interior design.

One of the challenges to applying matte decoration to appliance products is maintaining good clarity in the UI area, especially for LCD applications, due to haziness caused by the matte finish.

The matte finishes of appliance products

Nissha’s partial matt solution can blend both matte and gloss finishes on the same surface seamlessly and allow your products to maintain exceptional clarity in the UI area while achieving matte finish.

With our state-of-the-art printing technology, it is now possible to create partial matte designs with extremely high contrast. This high contrast matte finish is perfect for creating a variety of luxurious decorations and UI designs. Our gravure printing process creates the partial matte effect and offers the finest printing solution such as hidden till lit, crisp, and thin graphic pattern even on partial matte surface.

This decorative CMF effect can be seamlessly applied to plastic surfaces simultaneously during the molding process using IMD (In-Mold Decoration) technology, eliminating the need for further secondary decoration processes. Furthermore, the IMD film includes a durable hard coat, all achievable through a single injection process.
