CMF Design
The insights of CMF (Color, Material, Finish) is underlying in our all products and technologies. We recognize that our mission is adding sophistication to customer’s product design through enhancing its CMF quality.
Therefore, Nissha’s in-house CMF team are researching unique CMF, following market trends, and proposing new ideas. Our scope of CMF design includes:
- Conceptualization
- Research and development of unique CMF
- Creating artwork and graphic patterns
- Annual CMF proposals of “NISSHA CMF book”, “NISSHA TECH book”
R&D
We believe pursuing innovation is the key to create customer value and is a unique feature of Nissha. We have developed innovative processes and unique finishes on the surface of production design – including hard coating onto 3D geometry, low conductive vacuum metallization, and premium soft touch finish.
Combining the capability of Nissha global resources and based on Nissha core technology – coating, printing, patterning forming, molding – we aim to create amazing CMF never seen before and bring it to the market.
Engineering
Our technology and products (IMD, IML, Heat Transfer Film and Printed Electronics) are the result of high-level integration of several technologies like coating, printing, tooling, forming, and injection molding. (just adding “-“ and extra space removed).
Nissha has developed these technologies and processes in-house and our engineering team has deep knowledge and expertise in each technology. From printing and coating processes to injection molding, from material (film, ink, resin) analysis to tooling design, our engineering team covers the whole aspect of decorative products, and that enables Nissha to lead customers to project success.
Project Management
For each project, Nissha’s project managers support all phases of development from concept study to prototyping, EVT, DVT, PVT build stage, and mass production. They support not only our customers, but also the whole supply chain – ODM, molder, and converters. Our project managers are highly skilled in understanding each industry‘s requirements – from consumer electronics – which requires speed and flexibility, to automotive which prioritizes qualified PPAP development process.
Manufacturing
Since we our beginning as a high-quality gravure printing company, we are expanding and acquiring our manufacturing capability from silk screen printing to tooling fabrication, thermoforming, injection molding, and functional printing.
Nissha now owns 10 factories in 7 countries and can propose the best supply chain solution for any industry.
